Terms and Conditions

1. Accommodation is subject to availability.
2. You have to ask for the offer specifically and mention where you heard about it.
3. The offer is valid only to ATKV Resort visitors that use camping and accommodation facilities.
4. The offer does not apply to conference delegates.
5. The offer is valid only between 1 March 2009 and 31 October 2009.
6. The offer does not include weekends, long weekends or holiday periods.
7. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8. Please note: The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or older, except ATKV and ATKV resort employees, or employees of the ATKV's promotional and advertising agencies, associated companies and/or immediate family members of those that may not participate in the competition.
9. The ATKV Resorts have the right to amend any element of the competition at their own discretion.
10. The prize includes a 2-week holiday for six people at every ATKV resort. The holiday prize is rewarded on the resort where the booking was made. The winner only qualifies for the holiday on the resort where the booking was made.
11. The prize includes free accommodation for six people. Travelling costs to and from the resorts are on the winners’ own account.
12. Entering the competition indicates acceptance of all the above rules.
13. The decision of the judges in the “Win-A-Holiday Competition” is final.
